Will the AQ be open during the Republican National Convention in St Paul?

Yes! The Artists' Quarter, the home of jazz in St Paul, will defiantly remain open during the RNC just a couple blocks away.
There will be no parking on St Peter, but Wabasha will still have some free parking and there are many parking ramps near by (see: www.smart-trips.org/parkingmaps.php) - The Macy's ramp is inexpensive and only a block from the AQ with entrance from Wabasha at 7th Place.
To compensate our regular customers for possible inconvenience and parking costs, the AQ will offer free cover charge to Minnesota residents and students during the convention, just bring your ID.
