Rapturous vocalist Lucia Newell and elegant guitarist Joan Griffith are long-time musical collaborators. Their 1995 CD Enter You, Enter Love is a warm and engaging journey through Brazilian bossa nova and American jazz standards. These days, it’s all too rare of an event when this deeply talented duo takes the stage together. Musical dialogue custom made for an intimate Sunday night. Lucia and Joan are joined by Gordy Johnson (bass), Clea Galhano (Brazilian recorder) and Gary Gauger (drums).
