Anyone can compete.
Two by two – real and/or wannabe MCs go toe to toe to see who can out ‘rap’ the other, but there's a catch (there's always a catch with me) They can only say nice and positive things. No insults, only compliments, and it can't be about, "I'm so good, I'm a really dope MC" Nope, it has to be about the other MC.

So... Boys and girls... break out your beats and start practicing your best sweet nothings and lollipop 'lift-ups' cuz we're all about the love in November.
