Friday, 06 November 2009

ImageJay Young and Company present a jazz tribute to thte nusic of Stevie Wonder & Michael Jackson.

ImageJay Young is a monster of the bass, and one of the most versatile musicians to come out of the Twin Cities. He was a founding member of Moore By Four and has performed regularly with Bruce Henry. (He’s also performed on the road with national artists and at home on countless gigs, as well as leading his own dates – his solo record hangs on the AQ’s back wall.) His deep jazz roots, combined with a funky style and a flair for rock, find him well suited to lead a jazz-infused tribute to two of the most soulful and seminal artists to come out of Motown.
