 Special treat on Friday is the early set (7:30 pm) from Will Kjeer’s Blue Haven. Pianist Will is a mere 16 years old, and performed in this slot last year as well. He’s been getting a lot of playing time lately, spending the spring and summer on the piano bench for Steve Kenny and the Bastids.
Pianist Jon Weber, the NYC-based musical magician and Twin Cities Jazz Festival favorite, leads a hot after-party for the Twin Cities Jazz Festival.
